We will want to discuss deductibles, whether or not a loss has coverage and how a loss might impact your future premiums and long term insurance picture.
We will then ask you to call the company directly to begin your claim so that the company can take your statements first hand. The majority of the time, you will be assigned an adjustor in the initial phone call, but if not, you will have an adjustor assigned within 24 hours. They will be able to answer any other questions you have about the claims process, schedule an appointment to inspect the vehicle or property if needed, or let you know what to expect regarding repairs or replacement of your property.
